Ever wondered how to grow new plants from the ones you already have? Join James at Greens and Goodness for a hands-on workshop all about plant propagation!

Whether you're new to houseplants or have a few favorites you'd love to grow more of, James will walk you through the basics of taking cuttings, encouraging healthy roots, and caring for your new plants.

🌱 What You'll Learn:

• How plant propagation works and where to make the right cut.
• How to identify nodes and healthy growth points on your plants.
• Different ways to grow roots, including water, soil, and LECA (clay pebbles).
• How light, moisture, and temperature affect root growth.
• Common problems like root rot, yellowing leaves, and slow-growing roots.
• When and how to move rooted cuttings into soil.

🪴 Let's Get Our Hands Dirty!

You'll practice propagating Monstera and Pothos, learning how to select and prepare healthy cuttings and give them the best chance to grow.

James will also demonstrate another propagation method using an Alocasia, showing how some plants grow from corms or pups rather than stem cuttings.

Best of all, you'll take home TWO plants you've propagated yourself!

No experience needed. Just bring your curiosity and a love of plants!
